We understand that you can’t wait to purchase from TICA! To make sure you go out prepared, we share practical information with you below.
What should I bring?
When you come to visit one of our branches, it is useful to keep the following things handy:
- Your digital purchasing card found in your My TICA account.
- A valid proof of identity.
- Take a copy of the full current extract from the Chamber of Commerce. If the owner/director (listed on CoC) does not come with you, please bring a written authorisation and copy of identification of this person.
If you have any questions about certain items, our service or anything else: our teams at the entrance and box office will be happy to help you.
Packing and transport service
Team TICA is happy to help you! We understand that shopping is fun, but that the operations to get the products into your shop can sometimes be a little less so. Packing the items, loading them into your car and unloading them sometimes takes a lot of time. We are happy to help you, use our transport and packing service!

Don’t live near a TICA branch, resulting in a long travel time? Combine your purchasing day with a relaxing hotel stay in the area! In addition to our other services, we are also happy to help you with this. Stay overnight at one of our selected hotels nearby and receive a great discount as a TICA member!
