Your own digital TICA environment

Good news! You can now create your own TICA account. In My TICA you will find your digital purchasing card with which you can access the cash & carry’s and download your purchase invoices. Creating an account is simple, just follow the steps below.

Create a My TICA account

In a few simple steps, your account is created:

Find the mail you received from mail@shop.tica.nl. Didn’t receive mail? Also check your spam inbox.
Use the temporary password to log in.
Then change your password.
You now have access to your own My TICA environment.

1. Log in

How can I log in to My TICA?

You can log in to My TICA in two ways:
1. Via shop.tica.nl.
2. Or click on tica.nl in the black menu bar at the top on ‘My TICA’.

How can I get a login for My TICA?

Have you been a member since 27-06-2024? You have received an email with a login code for My TICA.
Have you become a member before that date? Request your personal login code via info@tica.nl. You will receive an email with a password to log in.

I have not received an email with login details

Did you not receive an email with a username and password to log in to My TICA? Check your spam inbox; it sometimes happens that the email ends up there. If you still can’t find it, please contact us at info@tica.nl.

I get a message that my login details are incorrect

Check if there are any spaces in your password. If you copied the password from the email, it may have copied an extra space, causing the system to not recognize the password. If it still doesn’t work, it’s best to reset your password.

I cannot log in

Are you trying to log in but unable to do so? Do you not see any message indicating that your username and password are incorrect? There may be a VPN set up on your computer. Try disabling it and logging in again. If it still doesn’t work, please contact us at info@tica.nl.

2. Change password

How do I change my password?

You can change your password in two ways:
1. Click on ‘forgot password’ in the login screen. Enter your email address and then the 4-digit code that you receive via the provided email address. You can now change your password.
2. Are you already logged in? Click on ‘manage security’. Enter your current password and your new desired password here.

I did not receive a 4-digit code when recovering my password

3. Invoices

My invoices are not in My TICA

Check if all filters are set correctly, such as the invoice date or the location where you made your purchase (this is set to Aalsmeer by default). If they still do not appear, please contact info@tica.nl and we will sort it out for you!

4. Contact information

How do I update my contact information?

Unfortunately, it is not yet possible to change your email address or address details in My TICA. Please contact us at info@tica.nl and we will take care of it for you!
