All the TICA terms and conditions at a glance
Welcome to TICA, your one-stop-shop for per item purchase of home, gift, garden, fashion and lifestyle product from 450 brands for your store, webshop or styling job. By becoming member of TICA, you agree to our (legal) terms and conditions. The following TICA conditions specifically set out the service provision which TICA offers.
Duration of the subscription
The subscription is valid for a period of 12 months starting from the date that the subscription was requested. Any extra purchasing cards (available on request at extra cost) are valid up to the end date of the subscription.
Costs of the subscription
The subscription price amounts to €149.50 per year. For this you receive two purchasing cards by default. Any extra purchasing cards are available on request and amount to €49.50 per card.
Payment
The payment of the subscription can be done digitally using a payment link in an email. Payment can be done by Ideal, bank transfer, Bancontact, giropay, Przelewy24, KBC/CBC Pay Button and Belfius Pay Button.
Nonpayment
Whenever the subscription is not paid within 30 days after receipt of the payment link, the registration lapses. To be able to purchase from TICA, you need to contact TICA’s customer service and, if desired, you will receive a new payment link.
Changes of prices
All changes in the subscription price are communicated at least 30 days in advance to the subscriber.
Termination
TICA members may terminate their subscription by sending a notification in writing (email to klantworden@tica.nl) to TICA, no later than one month before the end of the current subscription period. If the subscription is not paid upon renewal, then the membership is considered inactive. To be able to purchase from TICA, you can contact TICA’s customer service and, if desired, you will receive a new payment link.
Conditions for membership
TICA is a retail partner and purchase platform for professionals in the lifestyle industry. Membership is solely available for professional resellers and end users in the industry of home, gift, garden, fashion and lifestyle products.
Registration
Potential TICA members need to register online and provide a valid registration of their Ch. of Comm. and VAT numbers.
Approval
TICA reserves the right to refuse applications without industry-specific purchase objective. Applications are assessed to ensure that the applicant complies with the criteria for professional resellers or end users.
Verification
TICA monitors the purchasing behaviour and monitors the professional status of its members to ensure that all TICA members profit from the best margin opportunities. Periodic verification may be performed to confirm that members continue to comply to the conditions. In the event of abnormal behaviour we will make contact to discuss the context of the purchase objective. TICA reserves the right to terminate memberships if it turns out that no business use is made of the membership.
The benefits of purchasing from TICA
TICA members have access seven days per week (with the exception of some public holidays) to the offer of over 450 brands, divided over multiple TICA locations. In the shop-in-shops of the prominent brands you find with TICA, you can select per piece which is needed for your shop or project without minimum expenditure.
Because you, as TICA member, have daily access to the current offer of a wide range of brands where you can select per piece what works for you, you purchase smarter. This why you minimise your inventory risk and you improve your margin opportunities.

Locations and opening hours
We are ready for you seven days per week at our locations in Aalsmeer and Venlo. TICA Ede is closed on Sunday. During your purchase visit, make sure to take a moment for a delicious snack in one of our TICAfes where you enjoy breakfast, lunch or coffee and cake (and, of course, real ‘vlaai’ in Venlo!).

Current offer
With over 800,000 different products, you will definitely put together your unique collection. A skilled team is searching every day for new players, unique collections and trends with which we surprise and inspire you in our shops. An always current and innovative offer at TICA ensures that you can distinguish your business.
Cash & carry
At TICA you purchase in accordance with the so-called ‘cash & carry principle’, you select precisely the products you require per piece with various suppliers, pay at one central cash register and take the haul with you right away. At the cash register you receive one invoice, which you can find digitally in your TICA environment.
Transport Service
Purchasing at TICA is like a day trip. We understand that the largest part of purchasing; the selection of the products, having a bite in the TICAfé, discovering new brands, meeting other business owners, is very fun. On the other hand, pushing/pulling the (Danish or shopping) cart, the unloading of products at the cash register, the packing of products and the loading of your car is quite a job. Returns and complaints
Because products are not from TICA but of the over 300 brands that sell at TICA, we cannot provide warranties on the products or accept the return of articles. If there is a manufacturing fault you can report a complaint within five working days with the description of the complaint and your customer number at info@tica.nl
