In Aalsmeer and Venlo, it operates large-scale B2B cash & carry purchasing centres in the field of home, gift, garden & fashion products. In the summer of 2024, 2 locations have been added, in Ede and in Brussels, and there is also a Concept Store in Venlo. Professionals and retailers throughout Europe are offered the latest trends and inspiring styling in this field. Professional resellers and end users can come here seven days a week to buy by the piece (with no minimum order per exhibitor) and pay at one central cash desk.

TICA is proud to open a new branch in Ede. Thanks to its central location, TICA Ede – a cash & carry of over 2,500 m² and no fewer than 60 shop-in-shops – is easily accessible for both national and international buyers. TICA Ede is located in the Plantion wholesale centre; a place where growers, florists and floriculture retailers buy fresh flowers every day.

TICA is proudly expanding into Belgium with a new location in Brussels. Located in the Trademart building, you will find TICA Brussels; a cash & carry spanning over 10,000m². Thanks to its central location, this venue is easily accessible for international buyers. Currently, this location is being completely renovated into a full TICA location, and TICA members are already warmly welcome to shop with over 120 brands!

Management team of PW Markets introduces itself

The PW Markets management team consists of the following representatives from the Property Works management team:

Rogier Uivel | Director PW Markets & TICA

After working for several years in the international trade of confectionery and later action items for chain stores, Rogier made the switch to the world of interiors.
After 6 years working at the home furnishing brand Riviera Maison, Rogier started up a new home furnishing brand for a company in the east of the country.
From 2012, with his own company Houseyourbrands BV, Rogier has had the opportunity to advise various companies in the interior industry on management and commercial issues.

In 2018, Rogier made the transition to commercial director at TICA and in this role was responsible for the commercial side of TICA and its branches. Since then, Rogier has been managing director and with a commercial eye on things like taking advantage of business opportunities such as rolling out new concepts and branches abroad.

Gerry Daalhuisen | Operational director

Gerry completed a post HBO in Personnel & Organisation and Facility Management at the Hoge school van Amsterdam after graduating from the Hotelschool Wageningen.

After working, among others, at the Jaarbeurs in Utrecht and Golden Tulip FIGI “Slot Zeist”, he ended up at Dirk Dirckz Horecaberdrijven in the position of banquet manager. After the takeover and transformation of the Treslong location, Gerry became ultimately responsible for all catering activities up to 4,000 guests at this location in the position of General Manager. In 2006, Gerry traded hospitality for business services and joined TICA BV. in the position of Operations Manager. Before moving on to the position of Operations Director at PW Markets in 2019.

In the position of Operations Director, Gerry is responsible for all operational activities for all TICA locations.

Hendri van ’t Ende | IT & Logistics Director

Hendri van ‘t Ende has extensive experience in IT and specific knowledge of, among other things, digitalisation, Agile methodologies, project leadership and team development. In 2020, Hendri will join Property Works as a.i. IT Team Leader to get the basic service processes in order. Currently, Hendri is IT & Logistics Director and leads the IT and Logistics departments. His role is crucial to the development of TICA’s digital infrastructure. He is responsible for modernising and expanding the CRM, PIM and implementation of Azure datalake, data warehouse and Azure Integration Services, among others. Hendri focuses on promoting Agile methodologies within the team and securing digital processes to make “digital the new normal” within the organisation.
