Estimated processing time
We display an average processing time. You can see this on the product page and once you have completed your order. This way, you know what to expect when ordering online.
Waiting for confirmation
Your order has been placed and paid. The exhibitor will now confirm it. They have 48 hours to do so.
Waiting for shipment
The order is confirmed and will be processed within the estimated processing time. You will receive an email as soon as your order (or part of it) has been shipped.
Waiting for delivery
Your order has been shipped. The track & trace number (if available) can be found in your TICA webshop account under your order details.
Completed
After receiving your order, check if everything is correct. Is everything complete? Then your order is completed. If there are any issues, please contact
info@tica.nl.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Have you placed an order but noticed something is wrong? Please contact us as soon as possible via
info@tica.nl. If the order has not yet been confirmed by the exhibitor, it may still be possible to change or cancel it.
What are the thresholds for free shipping?
Each exhibitor sets their own threshold for free shipping. This may depend on the country where your business is located or where you want the order delivered. The shipping costs and any free shipping threshold can be seen in your shopping cart or on the exhibitor’s page.
How do I report damaged or missing goods?
As soon as you discover a problem, report it directly to
info@tica.nl. This includes:
Goods not delivered
Defective goods
Damaged goods
Counterfeit goods
Incorrect product representation
Incorrectly delivered goods
How can I change my shipping address?
You enter your shipping address during checkout. These details are final, so check them carefully.
Can I have my order delivered directly to my customer?
Yes, with dropshipping you decide where your order goes. Simply adjust the shipping address to the desired location.
Can I pick up my order at TICA?
Yes, during checkout you can choose pickup at TICA Aalsmeer or TICA Venlo. Pickup is free, so no shipping costs!
I have not received an email about my order, what now?
Have you ordered and paid but have not received a confirmation? Contact us at
info@tica.nl.
Who delivers my order?
The exhibitor chooses which carrier ships the order. Which carrier that is, can be seen from the track & trace number in the email and your order history.
Can I return products?
Returns are not possible. Only in case of damage or incorrect delivery can you contact us via
info@tica.nl.
