Access TICA Brussels via your smartphone

TICA Brussels is located in the Trademart building. From 24 June 2025, access will no longer be via a physical pass, but through the MyTrademart app.

This app lets you access both the building and parking area using one personal QR code. No more hassle with passes or parking tokens: everything is in your app.

Get access to the Trademart building

You’ve visited TICA Brussels before

Step 1. Download the MyTrademart-app

Available in the App Store (Apple) and Google Play Store (Android).

Step 2. Activate your account

Tap “I’m already a Trademart customer”.
Enter your mobile number. That will be your login from 24 June.
Your QR code will be ready in the app and activated from 24 June for both the building and parking. The code refreshes daily and is on the app’s home screen.

You’re visiting TICA Brussels for the first time

Step 1. Download the MyTrademart-app

Available in the App Store (Apple) and Google Play Store (Android).

On Monday to Friday

Step 2. Take a ticket at the barrier

Step 3. Report to reception

Share your company details with reception. They’ll help you get started with the app.

On Sunday

Step 2. Take a ticket at the barrier

Step 3. Register at the kiosk

Go to the kiosk near the gates.
Tap “Request access” on the tablet.
Enter your company details.
Your request will be validated later. You’ll receive a one-time access QR code—time to shop! Once approved, you’ll be able to access via the app.

Your QR code will be active from 24 June 2025 for access to the building and parking.

Parking at Trademart

With a subscription

If you’ve previously arranged a parking subscription, you’ll see its validity in the MyTrademart app.
From 24 June 2025, use your app’s QR code to enter and exit via P1, P2, or P3.
The barrier opens automatically.

Without a subscription

Take a ticket when entering.
Pay at the barrier when leaving, or scan the back of the ticket with your smartphone to pay.

1. My QR code doesn’t work

Increase your screen brightness and try again. Still not working? Use the intercom or go to reception.

2. The app isn't working properly

Restart your phone or log in again. Still having trouble? The reception team can help.

3. No smartphone with you?

Take a parking ticket and report to reception.

4. Phone dead or no signal?

Stop by reception—they’ll get you inside.

5. Payment not working?

Try another payment method. Still stuck? Use the intercom or ask at reception.

6. Where can I find the MyTrademart app?

Download it for free in the App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store (Android).

7. Can I still use parking tokens?

No, those are no longer valid. Take a ticket and pay at the barrier or via the QR code with Payconiq.

8. Can I bring someone with me?

Each visitor needs a personal QR code. Invite someone via your app.
