Where is TICA Brussels located in the Trademart building?
TICA Brussels is located on the C-level of the Trademart building. The Trademart is situated next to the Atomium.

What do the various designations for the building housing TICA Brussels mean?
TICA has taken over level C in the Trademart building. On this level was Home & Living &go. The organization behind the Trademart building is called Brussels International Trademart (BITM).
2. TICA members / cardholders of Home & Living & Go / new customers
Am I able to shop at the Brussels location as a TICA member?
Yes, certainly! As a TICA member, you are warmly welcomed at TICA Brussels. Currently, we need to convert your TICA access card into a Trademart card so that you can pass through the checkout, due to systems that have not yet been synced.

Do I need a VAT number to make purchases at TICA Brussels?
As a professional purchaser, you can buy at TICA. We use your company registration number (e.g. Chamber of Commerce) and VAT number to verify this. Don’t have a VAT number but have demonstrated that you are purchasing for professional purposes? Then you can buy from TICA Brussels without a valid VAT number. In that case, please note that you will pay VAT at checkout.

When can I shop at TICA Brussels?
With your TICA member card, you can already shop at TICA Brussels. However, we are still working on synchronizing systems and are busy transforming the existing cash & carry into a true TICA location, both in terms of appearance and offerings. While this transformation is underway, you are warmly welcomed and can already make purchases on a piece-by-piece basis. Read here how to gain access to TICA Brussels.

I am a TICA member; can I shop at the brands on the other floors of the Trademart building?
Depending on your purchasing objectives, you can also shop at the rest of Trademart. The procedure will be explained to you at the reception desk.

Can I shop at TICA Brussels with my Trademart customer card?
Yes, please present your Trademart customer card at the reception of TICA Brussels. They will be happy to arrange access to the C-level where TICA Brussels is located!

Why do I need to agree to share my data with TICA and BITM?
In order to shop at TICA Brussels, it is necessary for TICA to share your data with BITM (Brussels International Trade Mart). This data sharing is essential for BITM to create an access card for the Trademart building on your behalf. TICA Brussels is located on level C. You can read more about it on this page.

I was once a TICA member; I have not visited TICA for some time, but I would like to shop at TICA Brussels. Is that possible?
Yes, absolutely! We would be happy to welcome you back as a TICA member! Sign up as a TICA member and gain access not only to TICA Brussels but also to our locations in Venlo, Ede, and Aalsmeer.

I have never been to TICA before and would like to shop at TICA Brussels. How can I do that?
If you would like to first experience whether TICA meets your purchasing needs, you can request a free Wildcard for TICA Brussels. Please note that this is only valid for this location. Would you prefer to shop in the Netherlands as well? Become a TICA member and gain access not only to TICA Brussels but also to our other locations in Venlo, Ede en Aalsmeer.
3. Location information
Is TICA Brussels as large as the other TICA locations?
TICA Brussels is a cash and carry facility of no less than 10,000 m². Our other locations are 20,000 m² (TICA Aalsmeer and TICA Venlo), 2,500 m² (TICA Ede), and 1,800 m² (TICA Concept Store Venlo).

What kind of assortment is available at TICA Brussels?
At TICA Brussels, you will find everything related to interior design, lifestyle, garden, and gifts. This includes home decor, furniture, packaging materials, household textiles, cooking and dining utensils, outdoor products, lighting, and more. The assortment changes regularly, allowing you to consistently discover new eye-catching items and bestsellers.

Which brands are available?
At the beginning of this year, TICA took over the existing cash & carry Home & Living & Go in the Trademart in Brussels. Efforts are underway to transform this cash & carry into a true TICA location with a distinctive brand offering. Check which brands you can already find there. Does TICA Brussels also collaborate with Orderchamp?
Yes! As a TICA member, you can easily link your account and shop from over 7,000 brands.
4. Accessibility and Facilities
Is the Brussels location already fully completed?
As TICA Brussels is an takeover , we are working hard to turn the current cash & carry into a fully-fledged TICA branch. Stay tuned to the progress via the update page.

What are the opening hours for TICA Brussels?
TICA Brussels is open Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 and on Sundays from 10:00 to 16:00. Check the current opening hours and if necessary the different opening hours during public holidays.

How to reach the car park and entrance of TICA Brussels?
Navigate to Madridlaan 130, P2. TICA is located on the right-hand side of the Trademart building.

Is a packing and transport service available for large orders?
No, this may follow later this year.

At Parking 2 of the Trademart. Navigate to Madridlaan 130, P2.

Are there any electric charging stations?
There are a limited number of electric charging stations.

Is there a restaurant as well?
For cold drinks, coffee and snacks, you can go to our coffee corner. There is no TICAfé on level C. For lunch, you can go to the restaurant in the BDC building just next to TICA Brussels and, as a Trademart customer, you can go to the restaurant on the A-level.

Does the scan tool work here too?
Not at the moment.
