More than 10.000 m² of inspiration

TICA is taking over the Brussels International Cash & Carry Center (BICCC), located in the Trademart building. This existing cash & carry, spanning an impressive 10,000 m², offers a vast selection of interior and lifestyle brands. The specific brands will be announced soon.

Just a little more patience

In the coming months, extensive efforts will be made to fully transform the current cash & carry into a complete TICA branch. We are working diligently to ensure that your TICA purchase pass will also be valid at TICA Brussels. As soon as this is possible, you will receive notification from us as soon as possible. So for now… please be patient!

Practical Information

  • The cash & carry and the coffee corner are wheelchair accessible. Unfortunately, the restaurant is not yet fully wheelchair accessible. Some improvements are needed to make it more accessible for everyone.
  • Please take a shopping cart or trolley at the entrance.
  • There are plenty of free parking spaces available.

Other Locations

By opening a new branch in Belgium, we aim to provide all our TICA members across Europe with a centrally located purchasing center, ensuring there is always a branch nearby. Also, visit our branches in the Netherlands.
