TICA has taken over level C in the Trademart building. On this level was Home & Living &go. The organization behind the Trademart building is called Brussels International Trademart (BITM).

Am I able to shop at the Brussels location as a TICA member?
Yes, certainly! As a TICA member, you are warmly welcomed at TICA Brussels. Currently, we need to convert your TICA access card into a Trademart card so that you can pass through the checkout, due to systems that have not yet been synced.

Do I need a VAT number to make purchases at TICA Brussels?

Yes, please present your Trademart customer card at the reception of TICA Brussels. They will be happy to arrange access to the C-level where TICA Brussels is located!

Why do I need to agree to share my data with TICA and BITM?
In order to shop at TICA Brussels, it is necessary for TICA to share your data with BITM (Brussels International Trade Mart). This data sharing is essential for BITM to create an access card for the Trademart building on your behalf. TICA Brussels is located on level C. You can read more about it on this page.
