TICA introduces five operational managers

TICA recently added two new branches to its portfolio. This logically also led to some changes within the organisational structure. Five operational managers were appointed for the respective locations. ‘The combination of experienced leaders and new talent enables us to achieve our ambitious goals and contribute to TICA’s continued success,’ said Gerry Daalhuisen, Operations Director.

Peter Lakerveld _ TICA Aalsmeer

Peter Lakerveld | TICA Aalsmeer

‘’With pride, I can mention that I have been working at TICA Aalsmeer for over 19 years. During this period, I have served almost all operational departments, both as a colleague and manager. My ambition is to continuously develop and improve, with the aim of keeping the satisfaction of our three customer groups (TICA members, exhibitors and colleagues) high. We aim to achieve a satisfaction score of 85 on all operational contact moments this year as well.’

Patsy de Bruecker | TICA Brussel

‘Recently, I was proud to call myself a ‘TICA colleague’. I am driven and enthusiastic, love to be busy and therefore feel at home in a dynamic environment. With the acquisition of the BICCC (Home & Living&go) by TICA, I see a great opportunity to take this branch to the next level. As the operational manager, I will focus on professionalisation, improving customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with exhibitors and TICA members. We will give TICA Brussels a more modern and professional look, with great growth ahead!’

Natascha van Zoeren | TICA Ede

‘After 14 years of working as Business Manager at children’s clothing shop Chance (Spakenburg), I am once again responsible for the ins and outs of TICA’s newest branch from this summer, as operational manager. Together with my team, I plan to make TICA Ede a great success; we want to offer the (green) professionals a real purchasing experience. I want our new and existing TICA members to always leave the shop satisfied, with lots of creativity and inspiration. I am really looking forward to it.’

Sophie Driessen | TICA Venlo

‘A year and a half ago, I started as Team Leader of the Exhibitor Service and Visual Merchandise team at TICA Venlo. TICA is a dynamic company full of surprises, which I enjoy every day. As operational manager, I strive to create a working environment where colleagues feel valued and motivated, resulting in increased productivity and satisfaction. TICA Venlo should be known for its excellent service and creative approach to visual merchandising. In the long term, I want to make a significant contribution to the company’s growth and success.’

Yvonne van der Putten _ Concept Store Venlo

Yvonne van der Putten | Concept Store Venlo

‘Three years ago, I started as Assistant Store Manager/Visual Merchandiser at the Concept Store in Venlo. Since then, a lot has changed regarding the look and feel and the brand and product range. The Concept Store is increasingly developing into an exclusive concept within TICA. In the coming years, in my role as operational manager, I want to put the Concept Store even more prominently on the map by, among other things, further optimising the unique shopping experience and the varied assortment.’
