The TICA sales team plays a crucial role in the collaboration with our exhibitors. With personal guidance and targeted support, the sales team ensures that exhibitors get the most out of their collaboration with TICA.
“Since summer 2024, I have been delighted to be part of TICA’s sales team. A perfect moment, during a period of growth with new locations in Ede and Brussels. With a background as a hospitality business owner and hotel event manager, I combine commercial experience with hospitality. Customer-focused work and going the extra mile is in my DNA — and I’m happy to put this into practice daily at TICA. Building long-term relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction: that’s what energizes me!”
“I have been working at TICA with great pleasure for over 3 years. I started in contract administration, where I gained a good overview of the company and its processes. My enthusiasm to do more within sales was quickly sparked.
Since March 2024, I have taken on the role of Sales Relations Coordinator. My ambition is to make a strong contribution to TICA’s further development and ensure that our exhibitors and TICA members are satisfied. With the opening of TICA Ede and the launch in Brussels, I look forward to growing further alongside this dynamic company.”
“I have been working at TICA for almost 5 years now, starting with the development of the innovative concept within TICA Aalsmeer: the Atrium. From the beginning, I have been able to use my creativity, and no two days were the same. It was a place where I could fully express my energy and ideas, and where my role continuously expanded.
After two and a half years, I took the step towards a new challenge within the Sales team. Currently, I work as a Brand Scout within this team, spending each day scouting new beautiful brands that can broaden and further strengthen our offering.”
“Three years ago, I enthusiastically started at TICA Aalsmeer. I began with Team House Your Brands (exhibitor service), where I was mainly found in the Atrium. I enjoyed the variety, creativity, and contact with exhibitors, which energized me every day.
Since April, I have taken on a new challenge as a commercial associate in the Sales team. Here, I get the opportunity to further develop my commercial skills and work even more intensively with both exhibitors and colleagues. Together with the sales team, we ensure daily that our exhibitors are satisfied and we look for innovative brands to add to TICA. It’s fantastic to contribute to successful collaborations and create something beautiful every day!”
“Since January 2025, I have started as Sales Coordinator at TICA Venlo. Sales has always been familiar to me: I started my first business at fourteen and naturally grew within the commercial field.
At TICA, I am responsible for sales at our Venlo location. I help exhibitors maximize their stand’s potential, ensure everything runs smoothly, and guide new exhibitors during their start. Additionally, I’m always looking for new opportunities within TICA.
What I love most about my role is the freedom to contribute ideas within TICA’s entrepreneurial character. My goal? Ensuring everyone is satisfied – from exhibitors to colleagues!”
