Shopping at TICA is always inspiring, but arranging transport to your store or project can sometimes be less enjoyable. Packing, loading, and unloading products often takes considerable time. That’s why we’re here to help! Use our transport and packing service to make things much easier for yourself.
Why is it beneficial to purchase at TICA?

Are you coming to shop at one of our locations but don’t have suitable transport? Or did you buy more or larger items than initially planned? Use our transport service and have your purchases delivered easily. Want to use this service during your next visit? Please note that you need to sign the required documents at our service desk no later than one hour before closing time. Our staff will be happy to inform you about the conditions, rates, and delivery times.

Complete your transport with our packaging service. We pack your purchases efficiently and safely, tailored to the volume and destination. Transport and packaging costs are calculated per order. *Please note: TICA is not responsible for transport damage, breakage, or missing items. If there is visible damage to the items, we advise you to note the complaint or remark on the driver’s waybill.
VAT Refund
Benefit from VAT Refund
As a TICA member outside the European Union, you can benefit from VAT refunds on your purchased lifestyle must-haves. This means even better margin opportunities for your store or styling project! Although TICA cannot offer direct 0% sales, there are two options to reclaim VAT*. In both cases, you will receive an invoice including VAT.
How Does it Work?
Do you live outside the European Union and have you planned a purchasing visit to TICA? Please notify us in advance via klantenservice@TICA.nl or at reception upon arrival. After that, there are two options.
1. You Receive an Invoice with VAT but Pay without VAT
You shop and have the items scanned at checkout. Then, the invoice, including VAT, is prepared. By signing the “VAT Guarantee” document, you can pay the invoice without VAT. Once payment is completed, the items can be packed. After providing a copy of your passport, business documentation, and an export accompanying document, the transport can be released.
2. You receive and pay an invoice including VAT, and TICA handles the VAT refund
You shop and have the items scanned at checkout. After payment, the purchases can be taken immediately and transported. Once all required documents have been submitted (such as a copy of your passport, export accompanying document, and your bank account number), TICA will ensure that the VAT refund is processed (within six months).
