To ensure safety, a smooth flow of visitors, and the professional appearance of TICA Aalsmeer, we would like to remind you of the current agreements regarding your stand layout.
In accordance with the exhibitor agreement and the technical and internal regulations, the following applies:
- The entire stand layout must remain strictly within the assigned stand lines.
- It is not permitted to place products, shelving, signage, decoration, or mounting materials outside the stand line, even if parts hang over the stand line or the aisle above floor level.
This also explicitly applies to hooks, brackets, or hanging systems attached to furniture that protrude outside the stand. - Aisles, walkways, and emergency exits must remain completely clear at all times, both at floor level and above.
These rules have been established, among other things, by order of the fire department and apply to all exhibitors.
TICA Aalsmeer will actively enforce this. If a stand does not meet these guidelines, we may request that the layout be adjusted immediately.
