Frequently Asked Questions

01 - General

Why are we moving?

Everyone who works here knows the challenges of the current building: too hot in summer and too cold in winter. This is resolved in the new building. Additionally, we expect lower maintenance costs and less time spent on repairs.

The exact moving date will be determined after the summer and will likely be at the end of March 2027. The principle is that TICA will remain open during the move. This means we will carefully prepare everything step by step, so exhibitors and members notice as little disruption as possible.

We will keep everyone regularly informed via Viva Engage, AFAS, the move update page, and through managers.

How do we ensure the move goes smoothly while TICA remains open?

The move will temporarily require extra flexibility from all of us. We are preparing everything step by step so that exhibitors and members notice as little disruption as possible. Once the planning is final, we will inform everyone in a timely manner about the next steps.

Not at this time. You will be informed via your manager about what will happen and what is expected of you.
