TICA Aalsmeer
Looking for an inspiring lifestyle wholesale in Aalsmeer? Just outside Amsterdam Schiphol Airport you’ll find TICA Aalsmeer: over 20,000 m² full of shop-in-shops, housed in a characteristic former greenhouse complex. Spread across four halls and an upper floor, you can shop here from hundreds of brands.
TICA Venlo
You’re also in good hands in North Limburg. At the edge of the German border you’ll find TICA Venlo: a 20,000 m² location where you shop from more than 450 unique brands. From interior to garden, from fashion to gifts – with over 1 million different lifestyle products, there’s always something new to discover.
TICA Concept Store Venlo
The TICA Concept Store is the place for pop-up concepts, new labels and inspiring trends. You’ll find this shop-in-shop in TICA Aalsmeer and as a standalone 2,000 m² location in Venlo. Just 300 meters away, at the edge of the border, you can shop tomorrow’s newest fashion and lifestyle collections here.
TICA Ede
New in the heart of the Netherlands: TICA Ede. With 2,500 m² and more than 60 shop-in-shops, this location is perfectly accessible for both Dutch and international buyers. You’ll find TICA Ede in the Groothandelscentrum Plantion – a dynamic place where florists, growers and ornamental horticulture retailers shop daily.

TICA Projects Venlo
From January 2026, TICA Projects Venlo will open its doors in the iconic flower auction building. The new hotspot for project designers, hospitality and interior professionals from Europe. Here you’ll find everything for business interiors and guest experiences: furniture, decoration, tableware, and non-food items.

Rogier Uivel | Director PW Markets & TICA
After working in international confectionery trade and later promotional items for retail chains for several years, Rogier transitioned to the interior design world.
After 6 years at the home brand Riviera Maison, Rogier launched a new home brand for a company in the eastern Netherlands.
From 2012, through his own company Houseyourbrands BV, Rogier has advised various interior companies on management and commercial matters.
In 2018, Rogier made the transition to commercial director at TICA and was responsible for the commercial side of TICA and its locations in this role. Rogier is now director and with a commercial perspective is working on leveraging business opportunities such as rolling out new concepts and locations abroad.
Sam Heringa | Commercial Director TICA
After completing his studies at the Hotelschool The Hague, Sam developed his expertise at the intersection of commerce, technology, and entrepreneurship. As the founder of JustLeadz B.V., he helped organizations build scalable acquisition systems where data, automation, and human interaction converge.
Within TICA, Sam is responsible for strengthening the commercial organization and future-proofing the growth strategy. His focus lies on the smart combination of technology and human contact: building efficient, data-driven commercial processes without losing sight of the personal touch.
With a strong drive for simplicity, speed, and results, he works on developing a modern commercial machine in which marketing, sales, and technology collaborate seamlessly to achieve sustainable growth.
