As part of our ongoing efforts to ensure a safe and efficient work environment, we will be opening a new logistics entrance at TICA Aalsmeer on November 18, 2024. This change follows a recent inspection by the Health and Safety Service, which identified important safety improvements.

New logistics entrance TICA Aalsmeel

The new entrance is located at the sliding doors next to the current entry. We request everyone to enter the logistics area through this entrance. Are you bringing goods on a pallet? Please ask the receptionist to open the roller door or provide an access pass.

The advantages of this change:

  • The staff in the logistics area no longer need to remain at the reception desk, allowing them to serve you better.
  • The reception is now staffed Monday through Friday, from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, for all your logistics inquiries. Outside these hours, the function is combined with logistics staff, as you are accustomed to.
  • The new entrance ensures better separation of pedestrian and vehicle traffic and provides pedestrians with direct access to a safe walking area.
Please note: we will be sharing the new logistics house rules with you very shortly.
  • There will be stricter access and exit control, providing better supervision of your goods.

What else is planned?

In addition to the new logistics entrance, more changes will be taking place in the coming period. For example, last week the exhibitors’ unpacking location was already relocated. In the coming weeks, the following departments will also be moving:

  • Returns/Exit
  • Transport and Reservations

These modifications provide us with the opportunity to create additional warehouse space on the ground floor. Interested in your own warehouse space? Please contact us via sales@tica.nl

Feedback? We Welcome it!

We will maintain a test phase until January 1, 2025 to evaluate the recent changes in the logistics area and ask for your understanding. A poster with a QR code will soon be placed at the new logistics entrance, allowing you to complete a feedback form.
The safety and efficiency project runs until February 2025 and will involve several necessary adjustments. After this, our goal is to establish an efficient and safe logistics area for both colleagues and exhibitors.

Thank you for your cooperation and feedback!
