Welcome to TICA, your one-stop-shop for purchasing home, gift, garden, fashion, and lifestyle products individually from 450 brands for your store, webshop, or styling project. By becoming a TICA member, you agree to our (legal) terms and conditions. The TICA terms and conditions below specifically describe the services that TICA offers.
Definitions
- TICA member: The professional reseller, project designer or end user who purchases at TICA.
- Annual subscription: The membership of a TICA member, which covers a period of 12 months and entitles the member to purchase at TICA.
- Services: The facilities, support and services that TICA offers to its members to make purchasing at TICA possible and efficient.
Why is it beneficial to purchase at TICA?

Subscriptions
As a TICA member, you benefit from all the advantages for 12 months. Below you can read how the subscription works, what it costs and how you can cancel it.
Subscription Duration
The subscription is valid for a period of 12 months from the date the subscription is requested. Any additional purchasing passes (available at an extra cost upon request) are valid until the subscription end date.
Subscription Costs
With your first registration you pay a one-off fee of €149.50. After that you pay €99.50 annually for the renewal of your subscription. You will receive two personal purchasing passes as standard, which are non-transferable. Extra purchasing passes are available on request for €49.50 each.
Payment
When paying via direct debit, you authorize TICA to debit the subscription fee from your account annually according to the European SEPA standard. Upon registration, €149.50 will be debited. After that, a direct debit of €99.50 will take place annually, around the start date of your subscription or its renewal.
By clicking ‘confirm’, you authorize TICA to send continuous direct debit mandates to your bank, and your bank to debit amounts in accordance with that mandate. If you disagree with a debit, you can have it refunded within 8 weeks through your bank. Ask your bank about the conditions.
TICA explicitly refers to Twikey’s terms and conditions when using Twikey for automatic direct debit. In the core mandate flow, you need to actively accept these terms; with mandate by first payment, your agreement is given through the payment.
Members who still use the online payment environment can complete their payment themselves via iDEAL, credit card, bank transfer, Bancontact, giropay, Przelewy24, KBC/CBC-Betaalknop or Belfius Pay Button. Here too: upon registration you pay €149.50, then €99.50 per year.
Non-payment
With automatic direct debit, you will receive a reminder by e-mail if the debit fails. TICA will then try to execute the direct debit again one or more times. If payment is not made within 5 days, TICA reserves the right to temporarily block your access, suspend or terminate the subscription.
You can have a SEPA direct debit reversed without giving a reason up to 8 weeks after debiting. In that case, TICA reserves the right to still claim the outstanding amount or terminate the subscription immediately. In the event of unjustified reversal, TICA may charge administration and/or legal costs. Do you want to reactivate your membership? Please contact our customer service.
When paying via the online payment environment, you have 30 days to complete the payment. If this fails, your registration will automatically expire. You can still pay in your personal TICA account to maintain access. Can’t figure it out? Please feel free to contact us, we will be happy to help you.
Price Changes
All changes in subscription prices will be communicated to the subscriber at least 30 days in advance.
Cancellation
Do you want to cancel your TICA subscription? You can do this at any time by sending an email to info@TICA.nl. Make sure you do this at least one month before the end date of your current subscription period.
Members who pay via automatic direct debit do not have to do anything for renewal, the subscription is automatically extended by 12 months, unless it is canceled in time. You will receive a reminder in advance, so you always have the choice to renew or cancel.
Cancellations made after the cancellation period will apply to the subsequent subscription period. Because TICA works with a fixed subscription period, a refund of (part of) the subscription fee is unfortunately not possible.

Membership Requirements
TICA is there as a retail partner and purchasing platform for professionals in the lifestyle industry. Membership is only available to professional resellers and end users in the home, gift, garden, fashion and lifestyle products sector.
Registration
Potential TICA members must register online and provide a valid registration of their Chamber of Commerce and VAT number.
Approval
TICA reserves the right to reject applications without an industry-oriented purchasing purpose. Applications are assessed to ensure that the applicant meets the criteria for professional resellers or end users.
Verification
TICA monitors purchasing behavior and oversees the professional status of its members to ensure that all TICA members benefit from the best margin opportunities. Periodic verification may be performed to confirm that members continue to meet the conditions. In the event of deviant behavior, we will contact you to discuss the context of the purchasing purpose. TICA reserves the right to terminate memberships if it appears that the membership is not being used for business purposes.

As a TICA member, you get access to a unique range, seven days a week and online. Smart purchasing, without minimum purchase.

Because as a TICA member you have daily access to the current range of various brands where you can select individually what works for you, you purchase smarter. This minimizes inventory risk and improves margin opportunities. In addition, you can (re)order online via the TICA webshop, so you have 24/7 access to an inspiring range.
Locations and Opening Hours
We are here for you seven days a week at TICA Aalsmeer, TICA Concept Store Venlo, and TICA Venlo. TICA Projects Venlo is closed from Thursday to Saturday, TICA Brussels is closed on Saturdays, and TICA Ede is closed on Sundays. During your purchasing visit, take some time to enjoy a delicious treat at one of our TICAfés, where you can have breakfast, lunch, or coffee and cake (in Venlo, you can enjoy authentic local pie!)

An always up-to-date and innovative range at TICA ensures that you can distinguish your company.

You shop at TICA individually, at hundreds of brands. In our stores and 24/7 online.
Purchase individually and take away immediately
At the various TICA locations, you put together your collection exactly as you want: per piece, from different brands, without minimum purchase requirements. You pay for everything at once at the central checkout and take your selection with you immediately. How convenient!
Online
Order easily (afterwards) via TICA online, whenever it suits you. You can search for products, save favorites, and reorder, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Handy when you want to replenish your stock or get inspiration in advance. This way you benefit from the convenience of online shopping and the inspiration of physical purchasing at TICA. Shipping costs apply to online orders. Don’t worry: we’ll always let you know this in advance at checkout.
Transport Service
Purchasing at TICA feels like an inspiring day out – from selecting products to having lunch in the TICAfé and discovering new brands. Hauling full carts or boxes? We are happy to take that off your hands. Use our packing and/or transport service and make your purchasing day even more relaxed. Ask one of our employees for the conditions.
Returns and Claims
Since products are not from TICA but from the more than 450 brands selling at TICA, we cannot give guarantees on the products or accept returns. If there is a manufacturing defect, you can report a complaint within five working days with a description of the complaint and your customer number via info@TICA.nl.
