Yesterday afternoon, we experienced an issue with our cash registers. Due to an update within our tenant, the systems temporarily did not work at all locations. The problem has now been resolved at most branches. Only in TICA Brussels and the Concept Store are we still experiencing technical issues.
We are working hard on a solution. All sales in these locations are still proceeding as usual, they are being recorded and will be invoiced later.
Please note that today’s revenue at these locations may not be fully visible yet.
