We hereby inform you about an adjustment in the rental rates for the calendar year 2025. In accordance with the agreement terms, TICA is entitled to implement an annual indexation based on the Consumer Price Index. While we did not pass this on last year, for 2025 it has been set at 3.5%.
This adjustment will take effect on January 1, 2025, and will be reflected in your next invoice.
