The Hague Conference Centre
The Hague Conference Centre stands for international hospitality, luxury catering, and contemporary facilities at the highest level. The total of 20 rooms, varying from 20 to 650 people, are exceptionally accessible: located adjacent to The Hague Central Station and easily reached by car with ample parking available.
Gardens Business Centre New Babylon
In the same building as The Hague Conference Centre next to The Hague Central Station, Gardens Business Centre New Babylon offers both flexible workspaces and full-service office units up to 200m² across more than 2,500 m².
Gardens Business Centre Oudlaen
On the edge of Utrecht’s city center, Gardens Business Centre Oudlaen offers all facilities for contemporary meetings, education, or training with 15 tastefully furnished rooms and its own restaurant. In the same building as The Hague Conference Centre next to The Hague Central Station, Gardens Business Centre New Babylon offers both flexible workspaces and full-service office units up to 200m² across more than 2,500 m².
Gardens Business Centre Rijnzathe
Located in the heart of the A2 A12 junction with over 1600 m2, Gardens Business Centre Rijnzathe offers full-service flexible workspaces and individual office units up to 250 m2 in a modern corporate environment. We aim to create a pleasant working atmosphere where people feel at ease. A warm and personal approach is central to Gardens Business Centre Rijnzathe.

The management team of PW Offices consists of the following representatives from the Property Works management team:
Thomas Van Der Zee | General Manager New Babylon
After graduating from Hotelschool The Hague, Thomas worked for various luxury hotels abroad, including in New York, London, and Brussels. After this, from 2012, he worked in the commercial department of the Beurs van Berlage in Amsterdam, where he became Director of Sales in 2016.
In 2018, he became Commercial Manager at The Hague Conference Centre in The Hague – one of PW Offices’ companies, with the task of expanding the commercial team and tapping into new markets.
As of September 1st, Thomas has become Commercial Director of the PW Offices subholding and, together with Adriaan Wagenaar and Robert Segers, focuses on the growth and development of The Hague Conference Centre and Gardens Business Centres.
