Are you an entrepreneurial retail manager who gets energy from commercial results, team development, and creating an inspiring shopping experience?

For our branch in Brussels, we are looking for a Store Manager who makes a difference on the shop floor. Someone who sees opportunities, takes initiative, and motivates a team to get the best out of themselves every day.

At TICA, it’s all about inspiration. From our Brussels location, we help professional buyers, retailers, hospitality entrepreneurs, stylists, and interior professionals curate unique collections. As Store Manager, you ensure that the branch performs strongly commercially and remains a place where customers love to return.

What Will You Do?

As Store Manager, you are ultimately responsible for the commercial and operational results of the Brussels branch. You manage turnover, customer experience, and team performance, and you know exactly where the opportunities lie to further develop the location.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Achieving turnover and result targets.
  • Preparing and monitoring the annual location budget.
  • Coaching, guiding, and developing employees.
  • Optimizing the customer experience on the shop floor.
  • Analyzing results and translating data into concrete actions.
  • Maintaining relationships with exhibitors and collaborating with the Sales team.
  • Ensuring efficient staff planning and optimal staffing levels.
  • Further improving processes, systems, and innovative solutions such as AI and Microsoft Copilot.
