TICA Concept Store Venlo is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented on-call employee. As an On-call Concept Store Employee, you enjoy selling the coolest items in fashion, gifts, and lifestyle. You know exactly what our visitors need for a pleasant shopping experience and are happy to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction. Where Will You Work and What Will You Do?

You will be working at TICA Concept Store Venlo; the smaller sibling of a business purchasing center the size of ten football fields with more than 200 shop-in-shops from leading lifestyle brands, located at the Flora Trade Parc in Venlo. In our Concept Store, we introduce our visitors to the coolest items in fashion, gifts, and lifestyle. This is where you’ll be working!

Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for the following duties:

Welcoming and providing service to pass holders at the reception.
Ensuring optimally stocked store shelves.
Maintaining a tidy, clean, well-maintained store.
Managing sales at the cash register.
Contributing to a pleasant team atmosphere and conveying that to pass holders.

Who are You?

You are social, motivated, and reliable.
You are eager to roll up your sleeves.
You have an affinity for fashion and lifestyle, are presentable and customer-oriented.
You have good communication skills and are proficient in Dutch and German, both written and spoken.
You are flexible: working on Saturday, Sunday or on shopping nights (Monday/Tuesday) is not a problem for you.
