What Will You Do?

You perform various tasks on the shop floor, including:

  • Reception duties, such as welcoming TICA members and handling phone and email inquiries.
  • Keeping the store neat and organized.
    Restocking the store and ensuring products are well-presented.
  • Checkout duties and assisting TICA members.
  • Switching quickly between different tasks during busy periods.
  • Actively contributing to a pleasant shopping experience for our TICA members.

Who are You?

  • You enjoy rolling up your sleeves and have a proactive work ethic.
  • You are representative, customer-oriented, and have strong communication skills.
  • You think in terms of solutions.
  • You are computer literate.
  • You work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in German and/or English is an advantage.
  • You are good at switching between different tasks.
  • You are flexible, including weekends.
  • You work accurately and ensure the store always looks well-maintained.
