We hereby inform you about an adjustment in the rental rates for the calendar year 2026. In accordance with the provisions in the agreement, TICA is entitled to implement an annual indexation based on the Consumer Price Index. For the year 2026, this has been set at 3.3%.
This adjustment will take effect on January 1, 2026, and will be reflected in the next invoice.
