Caution: phishing emails in circulation
There are currently phishing emails circulating that appear to come from TICA or a known party. Do not click on links or attachments and never call the number listed in such an email.
What can you do?
- Received only? Delete the mail immediately.
- Still opened or clicked? Then immediately follow the steps below.
Roadmap to click-through
- Close the mail and don’t click anywhere else.
- Report it to your own IT party as soon as possible.
- Change your passwords for your company accounts – and other accounts with the same password.
- Run a virus scan on your device.
- Write down for yourself exactly what happened (for example, whether you entered data).
