From wildcard to TICA location pass

For the launch of the new locations in Ede and Brussels, we deliberately chose Wildcards as part of the activation campaign. This provided members with an accessible opportunity to discover TICA and helped us quickly grow in visibility, traffic, and brand awareness.
Thanks to this approach, many new members became acquainted with our unique concept, which directly contributed to conversion to paid annual memberships in the medium term.

• The term ‘Wildcard’ will be replaced by TICA location pass – clear, generic, and recognizable: TICA Ede location pass, TICA Brussels location pass, TICA Concept Store location pass.
• Current Wildcard members will be automatically converted. They will receive an email about this.
• A TICA location pass – unlike the Wildcard – is valid for 12 months instead of six months and offers free and unlimited access to one chosen location.
• A location pass provides access for two registered buyers.
• Members cannot switch locations with a location pass.
• Those who want access to all five locations (Aalsmeer, Venlo, Ede, Brussels, and CS Venlo) should opt for a regular annual membership (€149.50).
