As TICA, we are taking an important step forward. To better serve our TICA members and to grow sustainably together, we will stop the manual re-order process as of March 31, 2026. The market demands speed, clarity, and automation, which is why we are switching to one advanced platform: the TICA webshop.
What changes for you?
We are discontinuing the current re-order method as of March 31, 2026. Manual re-orders are prone to errors, slow, and not scalable. Therefore, we are fully transitioning to automated re-orders via TICA’s webshop.
- At the Cash & Carry locations, we are replacing all references to external B2B platforms. From now on, we will communicate one route: the webshop. This provides clarity, a uniform experience, and a customer journey that works for all TICA members.
- Every exhibitor who can sell via a B2B solution will unlock their data to the webshop. We therefore ask all exhibitors who are not yet connected to participate. This way, we collectively ensure that the customer is central and that members can easily re-order what they previously bought from you.
- Don’t have a complete B2B data package yourself (photos, texts, logistical data)? No problem. Then we will only unlock your re-order data via the API link from Beeyond. Your products will then become visible in the repeat orders dashboard for members who previously purchased your items at the location.
- TICA members can re-order safely and easily.
How does it work in the new situation?
- Data
Your article data is unlocked to the OC Cloud via the API. You can also ensure that the data remains available for re-ordering yourself. If your data is in order with photos, the choice is yours to also offer these products in the webshop. You will not only be visible in the webshop, but you will also have a faster chance of your articles being found and ordered. - Orders
A TICA member places a re-order from their purchase history, or by searching the catalog or by article number. - Order processing
- You will receive the order at the email address you provided.
- You deliver via TICA (15% fee) or directly to the shipping address (10% fee).
- You set the minimum order value yourself (between €1–€1000) and the sales method (per piece or per packaging unit).
- Financial settlement
- Everything is paid in advance.
- TICA handles the full financial processing towards you.
