My TICA is your personal online environment where you can manage everything related to your TICA membership. From your digital purchase pass to your subscription and invoices: everything clearly in one place.

Every TICA member can log in directly using the email address registered with TICA. Logging in is simple: you receive a temporary code by email to securely access your environment.

What you can manage in My TICA

In My TICA you’ll find everything you need to keep purchasing easily at TICA:

  • View your digital purchasing pass, so you always have access to the locations.
  • Request additional purchasing passes for colleagues or employees.
  • Manage your subscription and renew it when it suits you.
  • View the current registration of your membership and the associated people and passes.
  • View and download your invoices and purchase history for your administration.

01 - Log in & Create Account

What is My TICA?

My TICA is your personal online environment where you can manage everything related to your membership yourself. Here you’ll find your digital purchasing passes, subscription details and – coming soon – your purchase history and invoices. You can also easily renew your TICA annual subscription with just one click. Everything organized in one place.

Log in here or click the profile icon at the top right of the website. Enter your email address and you’ll immediately receive a temporary login code by email. This code is valid for 30 minutes. You’ll receive a new code each time you log in – so no need to remember a password.

Check if you’re using the correct email address (the one registered with us). Still not working? Contact our customer service at info@TICA.nl – we’re happy to help.

In My TICA, you can easily add a new team member via the Team Members section.

Note: each team member needs a unique email address. Only then can they log in directly and use their buyer pass.

Having trouble? Our reception or customer service can also create the team member for you.

In My TICA you can:

  • View your digital purchasing pass
  • Request additional purchasing passes
  • Manage and renew your subscription
  • Update your business and contact details
  • View and download your purchase history and invoices

Can I Transfer a Buyer Pass to another Colleague?

It is not possible to swap a pass in My TICA. Do you still want to replace a pass? Please contact our customer service. We will deactivate the old pass, which will automatically free up a spot in My TICA. You can then assign it yourself to another team member.

You can purchase extra passes throughout the year via My TICA. The number of passes will automatically be added to your contract, so they will then run concurrently with your annual subscription.

You never pay double: when purchasing an extra pass, you automatically receive a discount, depending on how many months are left on your subscription:

  • 9–12 months remaining → no discount
  • 6–9 months remaining → 25% discount
  • 3–6 months remaining → 50% discount
  • 0–3 months remaining → 75% discount


This way, you always pay a fair price. Do you have any questions about this? Our customer service will be happy to assist you.

No, extra passes you purchase in the interim via My TICA can only be paid for directly via one of Mollie’s digital payment options (such as iDEAL, PayPal, Bancontact, or credit card).

When renewing your subscription, you can choose direct debit. All extra passes you previously purchased will then automatically be included in the total amount.

In My TICA, you can assign two buyer passes to team members by default. Go to the Team Members section to see how many passes have already been assigned.

As long as passes are available, you can link a pass to a contact person via Assign buyer pass. Is that person not yet listed? Then add them first via + Add team member.

Do you want to add a third or fourth buyer? Then first purchase extra passes via the + Buy extra pass button in the Team Members section. You will then be taken to the My Subscription page, where you choose the desired number and pay directly via iDEAL, Bancontact, Credit Card, or PayPal.

Note: extra passes are not automatically assigned. After purchase, you assign them yourself via Team Members.

Not everyone on your team has the same rights in My TICA.

  • Administrator: can manage everything – from assigning passes to adding team members and renewing the subscription.
  • Team Member: only sees their own pass and can only adjust personal data.


For new customers, we automatically assign roles. If there is no role in our system, someone automatically gets the role of Team Member.

Where Can I Find My Invoices?

In My TICA you will find all your purchase invoices from our locations and the invoice for your TICA annual subscription. Useful for your administration!
Is the invoice for your annual subscription not included? Please contact us via info@TICA.nl.

You choose how you pay when renewing your subscription. These are the options:

Direct debit

Enter your IBAN and sign with an SMS code. You issue a SEPA mandate – we automatically collect your current and next installments. It’s that easy.

One-time payment with mandate

Pay directly via iDEAL and simultaneously issue a SEPA mandate. You pay now, and renewals will then be automatically collected. Set it up once, then everything runs automatically.

One-time payment without mandate

Pay once via PayPal, credit card, or another method. Convenient for now – upon renewal, you choose again how you want to pay.

You pay for an extra pass directly via My TICA. You complete the payment with a one-time payment via PayPal, credit card, or another available method.

Will I be Notified when I Can Renew?

Yes! Well before your subscription expires, you will receive a notification in My TICA with the Renew now button. You will also automatically receive an email when it’s time to renew. In My TICA, you can then renew your subscription with one click.

Have you chosen direct debit? Then you will receive a notification in advance that your subscription will soon be renewed. The payment will then proceed automatically – you don’t have to do anything yourself.

Renew your subscription? You can arrange that in a few clicks via My TICA. Below you can see how it works – and what you can do if you want to change something.

Scenario 1: You want to renew your current subscription

  • Go to My TICA
  • Click on My Subscription
  • Choose Renew now
  • Complete the payment


Your current buyers remain active and your subscription continues smoothly.


Scenario 2: You want to add an extra buyer

  • Go to My TICA
  • Click on My Subscription
  • Choose Renew now


Your subscription has now been renewed. You can now purchase the extra passes.

  • Choose + Buy extra pass
  • Pay directly
  • Go to Team Members and assign the new pass to a colleague (with a unique email address)


Note: extra passes are not automatically assigned – you do that yourself via Team Members.


Scenario 3: You want to swap a buyer

  • This cannot be done directly in My TICA. Send an email to info@TICA.nl. Our customer service will be happy to assist you. Then follow scenario 1.

Do you choose direct debit? Then we will automatically renew your subscription for one year as soon as the term expires. You will receive a notification in advance, but otherwise you don’t have to do anything. It’s that easy – and you can continue purchasing without interruption.

Are you renewing within 90 days after your contract expires? Then you pay €99.50. After that, the regular rate of €149.50 applies. You can easily arrange your renewal via My TICA under My subscription.

Will I be Notified when I Can Renew?

Yes! Well before your subscription expires, you will receive a notification in My TICA with the button Renew now. You will also automatically receive an email as soon as it is time to renew in My TICA.

Renew your location access pass? You can arrange that in a few clicks via My TICA. Below you can see how it works – and what you can do if you want to change something.

  • Click on My Subscription
  • Choose Renew now

Make sure your subscription is renewed before your first visit to the branch. This way, you can start your purchasing day smoothly and without delay.
