TICA introduces five branch managers

TICA recently added two new locations to its portfolio. This logically led to some changes within the organizational structure. Five business managers were appointed for the respective locations. The combination of experienced leaders and new talent enables us to achieve our ambitious goals and contribute to TICA’s continued success.

Peter Lakerveld | TICA Aalsmeer

“I am proud to say that I have been working at TICA Aalsmeer for more than 19 years. During this period, I have served in almost all operational departments, both as a colleague and as a manager. My ambition is to continuously develop and improve, with the goal of maintaining high satisfaction among our three customer groups (TICA members, exhibitors, and colleagues). We aim to achieve a satisfaction score of 8.5 for all operational touchpoints this year as well.”

Patsy De Bruecker | TICA Brussels

“I am proud to recently call myself a ‘TICA colleague.’ I am driven and enthusiastic, love to stay busy, and therefore feel at home in a dynamic environment. With TICA’s acquisition of BICCC (Home Living), I see a great opportunity to elevate this location to the next level. As Branch Manager, I focus on professionalization, improving customer satisfaction, and building strong relationships with exhibitors and TICA members. We will give TICA Brussels a more modern and professional appearance, with promising growth ahead!”

Natascha Van Zoeren | TICA Ede

“After working as Branch Manager at children’s clothing store Chance (Spakenburg) for 14 years, I am now responsible, again as Branch Manager, for running TICA’s newest location since this summer. Together with my team, I plan to make TICA Ede a great success; we want to offer TICA members a true purchasing experience. I want our new and existing TICA members to always leave the store satisfied, filled with creativity and inspiration. I’m really looking forward to it.”

Sophie Driessen | TICA Venlo

“A year and a half ago, I started as Team Leader of the Exhibitor Service and Visual Merchandising team at TICA Venlo. TICA is a dynamic company full of surprises, which I enjoy daily. As Branch Manager, I strive for a work environment where colleagues feel valued and motivated, resulting in increased productivity and satisfaction. TICA Venlo should be known for its excellent service and creative approach to visual merchandising. In the long term, I want to make a significant contribution to the company’s growth and success.”

Yvonne Van Der Putten | Concept Store Venlo

“Three years ago, I started as Assistant Branch Manager/Visual Merchandiser at the Concept Store in Venlo. Since then, much has changed regarding the look feel and the brand and product offerings. The Concept Store is increasingly becoming an exclusive concept within TICA. In the coming years, in my role as Branch Manager, I want to make the Concept Store even more prominent by further optimizing the unique shopping experience and varied assortment, among other things.”
