Cashier and Reception Staff

TICA Brussels is looking for an enthusiastic and hospitable Cashier and Reception Employee. As a Cashier and Reception Employee, you get energized by helping others and know better than anyone what our members need for the ultimate customer experience. Additionally, you handle cashier duties with a smile, ensuring our members leave happy without having to wait long to check out.

Where Will You Work and What Will You Do?

The new TICA branch in Brussels is located in the Trademart building. This cash carry has an area of 10,000 m² and offers an enormous range of interior and lifestyle brands. The entire cash carry is being transformed into a full-fledged TICA branch. The team, the continuously changing collections, and the buzz of the location make TICA the place where you want to work as an interior and lifestyle enthusiast!

Together with your colleagues, you ensure that our members want for nothing. You have a cheerful demeanor, and our members are immediately happy to see you. Everything for the highest possible customer satisfaction. Furthermore:

You perform administrative tasks, such as phone and calendar management.
You welcome members/visitors and assist them.
You are the primary point of contact for our customers.
You ensure enforcement of the access policy.
You maintain a neat and clean work environment.
You perform all cashier duties, ensuring members leave TICA with a positive experience.
