Everything about online purchasing at TICA

Since August, we’ve opened our online sales platform. TICA members can now make purchases not only in our physical locations but also easily online through the TICA webshop. Want to know how (re)ordering, payment, or tracking your order works? In this FAQ, you’ll find all the answers to order your favorite items 24/7, wherever you are.

Frequently Asked Questions about Online Purchasing

Anyone who is registered as a TICA member. Not a member yet? Register via register.TICA.nl and get access to all TICA locations and the webshop.

First, become a TICA member (if you aren’t already). Log in to the webshop and explore the assortment. You can easily find your previously purchased favorites through your order history.

Each exhibitor (brand) determines their own minimum order amount. This amount can vary, and sometimes there’s a different minimum for your first order compared to repeat orders. If you don’t meet the minimum? Then you cannot (yet) place an order with that exhibitor. In your shopping cart, you can immediately see if you’ve reached the minimum order amount.

The exhibitor determines which items can be ordered online. Search with the item number from the store to see if you can (re)order the item through the webshop. You can quickly find what you’ve ordered before in your order history.

Currently, you can pay with PayPal, iDeal, and Credit Card.

Yes, all prices are excluding VAT. If VAT is calculated, you’ll see this in your shopping cart.

Exhibitors determine their own prices in the webshop and in the store. Prices may therefore differ.

Delivery time varies by exhibitor and product. You can see the delivery time on the product page, and you’ll always find an estimated delivery time in your order.

Once an item is out of stock, it can no longer be ordered. It’s only possible to order what’s in stock.

Estimated processing time
We show an average processing time. You’ll see this on the product page and once you’ve completed your order. This way you know what to expect.

Waiting for confirmation
Your order has been placed and paid for. Now the exhibitor will confirm it. They have 48 hours to do so.

Waiting for shipment
The order is confirmed and will be processed within the estimated processing time. You’ll receive an email once your order (or part of it) has been shipped.

Waiting for delivery
Your order has been shipped. You can find the track & trace number (if available) in your TICA webshop account under the order.

Completed
After receipt, check if everything is correct. Is everything complete? Then your order is finished. If there are problems, contact us via info@TICA.nl.

Have you placed an order but notice something’s not right? Contact us as soon as possible via info@TICA.nl. If the order hasn’t been confirmed by the exhibitor yet, it might still be possible to modify or cancel.

Each exhibitor determines their own free shipping threshold. This can depend on factors like the country where your business is located or where you want the order shipped. This amount can therefore vary. You can see the shipping costs and any free shipping threshold in your shopping cart or on the exhibitor’s page.

As soon as you discover a problem, report it immediately to info@TICA.nl. This includes:

  • Goods not delivered
  • Defective goods
  • Damaged goods
  • Counterfeit goods
  • Incorrect representation of goods
  • Incorrectly delivered goods

You enter your shipping details during checkout. These details are final, so check them carefully.

Yes, with dropshipping you determine where your order goes. Simply adjust the shipping address to the desired location.

Yes, you can choose to pick up your order at TICA Aalsmeer or TICA Venlo during checkout. Pick-up is free, so there are no shipping costs.

Have you ordered and paid but haven’t received confirmation? Please contact us via info@TICA.nl.

The exhibitor chooses which carrier ships the order. You can see which party this is from the track trace number in the email and your order history.

Returns are not possible. Only in case of damage or incorrectly delivered products can you contact us via info@TICA.nl.

When Will I Receive an Invoice?

You’ll receive an invoice after your order has been shipped. You can find and download all your invoices in your TICA webshop account under ‘Invoices’.

After completing your order, you’ll first receive a pro-forma invoice. This includes all ordered products, shipping costs (if applicable), and VAT. Note: this is not yet an official invoice. The actual invoice appears automatically once products are shipped. Therefore, you may receive multiple invoices for one order.

If an exhibitor makes changes to your order, for example because items are out of stock, you won’t see these changes on the invoice. Only shipped products are invoiced. If products are refunded after shipping, for example due to damage or loss, you’ll automatically receive a credit invoice.

As long as your order hasn’t been completed, we can initiate a refund for you. You’re eligible if:

  • The supplier cancels your order
  • TICA cancels your order
  • Your order (or part of it) is delivered wrong, damaged, or different than described
  • Your order (or part of it) hasn’t been delivered

TICA is VAT registered in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and France. Which entity issues the invoice depends on the country where your shop/business is located. Note: VAT is always calculated based on the shipping address.

How Can I Log in?

You’ve received an email with a link to the webshop. You can log in there with your registered email address. You’ll receive a one-time access code to log in.

You can’t yet change your details in the webshop yourself. Are your details no longer correct? Contact us via info@TICA.nl.

You can find your invoices in your TICA webshop account under ‘Invoices’.

In your TICA webshop account under ‘Orders’, you can see all your orders, both from the webshop and physical stores.
