Helina (34) has been working at Trademart in Brussels since the summer of 2023. Besides her role as a marketing all-rounder, she is a mother of two young sons and loves good food, sports, and making the most out of life.

In her role, she handles communication for purchasing events, campaigns for various departments, and marketing projects. What excites her the most? Coming up with new ideas, launching them, and fine-tuning them.

We spoke with her about the collaboration with TICA’s marketing team.

What Does Brand Experience Mean within Trademart?

Trademart is much more than a purchasing venue. It’s a platform where inspiration, expertise, and entrepreneurship converge. From trend lectures to networking opportunities and content that anticipates market developments, everything contributes to the complete professional experience. With the arrival of TICA – which shares the same focus – even more opportunities are being created for all buyers at the Trademart building.

“We’re building an ecosystem that benefits brands, entrepreneurs, and end customers alike. That’s where true brand experience begins,” says Helina.

How Do the Teams Work Together?

Of course, there are cultural differences between the Netherlands and Belgium, but that’s what makes the collaboration interesting – and it’s going extremely well. Helina: “We share insights, learn from each other, and incorporate each other’s content in communications. TICA’s visual material, for example? It stands out! We love it.”

Whether it’s purchasing concepts, marketing projects, or events: the teams seek connection. Because ultimately, everything revolves around one thing: putting the buyer first.

 

What Can We Expect in the Future?

TICA and Trademart have big plans. What exactly? We’re keeping that under wraps for now. But rest assured that we’re working hard behind the scenes to serve our customers even better.
