TICA Aalsmeer is looking for a decisive, responsible, and people-oriented Logistics Team
Leader. In this role, you take responsibility for the daily operation as well as for the
team. You ensure that the work is well-organized, maintain an overview, and make adjustments where
necessary.
You are visible on the work floor, know how to get people on board, and at the same time look critically
at how processes can be smarter, safer, and more efficient. You help out when the situation
demands it, but your main responsibility lies in managing the
team and monitoring and improving the daily operation.
You will be working at TICA; a business purchasing center the size of ten football fields
with more than 200 shop-in-shops of leading lifestyle brands, located just a stone’s throw from
Schiphol in Aalsmeer. All these brands arrive via our expedition department, which is where
you will be working!
As Logistics Team Leader, you are responsible for the daily management and coordination
of the activities within Expedition, Transport & Packing, and Orders. You take
