Frequently asked questions about TICA subscriptions & admission policy
What is TICA?
Who is TICA intended for?
TICA is for lifestyle professionals with a business purchasing goal, such as retailers, stylists, florists, and project decorators. Your application will be assessed based on your Chamber of Commerce details and activities.
What is the difference between an annual subscription and a location pass?
With a TICA annual subscription, you have access to all TICA locations, shop-in-shops, events, and inspiration days. In the event calendar you can see which events are relevant to you.
With a TICA location pass, you get access to one compact TICA location and the webshop. A location pass is ideal if you want to discover TICA first or mainly buy regionally.
Can I upgrade from a location pass to an annual subscription?
Yes, upgrading is possible. Please contact us. We will deactivate your current location pass. After that, you can take out a new annual subscription in My TICA using the discount code you receive from us for €99.50 instead of €149.50, excluding VAT.
What if I'm not sure if my company meets the criteria?
Can I buy from TICA as a private individual?
No, TICA is B2B. You need business details to become a TICA member. This way, the range and the shopping experience remain fully focused on professionals.
How soon can I start buying after registering?
As soon as your application has been reviewed (Chamber of Commerce check and business match) and your account is active (once payment is completed), you can start purchasing. You will receive a message about this and can find everything in My TICA.
Can I buy per piece or do I have to buy in larger quantities?
At TICA, you buy per piece. There are no mandatory purchase volumes or standard packages. This allows you to put your collection together flexibly and easily switch per season, trend, or project.
How does buying with multiple people and purchasing passes work?
A TICA annual subscription includes two personal purchasing passes as standard. These passes are registered by name and can be used by employees or colleagues. You can easily request extra purchasing passes via My TICA. An extra pass costs €49.50 excluding VAT and is valid for the duration of the annual subscription.
What if I can't find my purchasing pass or my phone is dead?
Your digital purchasing pass is in My TICA. If you can’t access it for a moment, please report to the reception or customer service on-site. We’ll help you right away.
Where do I manage my subscription and details?
In My TICA you manage everything related to your membership: your subscription, purchasing passes, invoices, duration, renewals, and company details. Everything clearly in one place.
Can I adjust my company details later?
Yes, you can adjust most details yourself via My TICA. If your change isn’t listed, our team will be happy to help you further.
Where can I find opening hours and practical information per location?
On the location pages you will find the address, opening hours, and practical information for each TICA location. Tip: save your favorite location so you always have it at hand.
