New house and registration rules – logistics TICA Aalsmeer
Dear exhibitor,
To ensure a safe and efficient working environment, new house rules and registration procedures will apply in the logistics area of TICA Aalsmeer. These include guidelines for loading and unloading, the use of materials, delivery of goods, storage, and booth relocations. This information is also available via a QR code on flyers at the logistics reception desk.
Prior to these new logistical regulations, we have already communicated the new logistics entrance and the reorganization of the logistics area in Aalsmeer through this channel.
House rules

New registration rules have also been established. We kindly ask you to read them carefully to ensure smooth planning. These include agreements on deliveries, booth relocations or renovations, and long-term storage. It is important that you are always pre-registered via logistiek@tica.nl. This helps to avoid surprises, ensures efficient processing of deliveries, and enables proper preparation for your activities.
