We understand that you can’t wait to start shopping at TICA. Make the most of your visit with this useful information.

What should I Bring?

Ready for a day full of inspiration? Make sure to bring:

Your digital procurement card, found in your My TICA account.
A valid ID.
A recent Chamber of Commerce extract. If the owner/director (listed in the Chamber of Commerce) is not coming? Then bring a written authorization and copy of their ID.

Questions during your visit? Our teams at the entrance and checkouts are happy to help.

Shopping at TICA? We’re happy to make it easy for you. From a good cappuccino at the TICAfé to convenient packing and transport services: everything to make your day run smoothly. Staying a bit longer? Take advantage of our hotel deals, so you have more time for inspiration and that extra round through the store.
