We are doing this to provide members with clear expectations and to ensure a consistent and workable process for all parties. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>What is Changing?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>1. Prices: checkout = leading<\/strong><br\/>The price calculated at the checkout is always the applicable price.<br\/>Should there be a discrepancy between signage, item tag, and the scanned <a>checkout price<\/a>, the checkout price is final. We ensure that our colleagues inform members well about this from the start. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>2. Returns &amp; reclamations only via TICA<\/strong><br\/>When a member approaches you with a return or a complaint, we ask you not to assess whether it is a valid reclamation yourself. Always refer members to a TICA employee or <a href=\"mailto:info@tica.nl\">info@TICA.nl<\/a>. Conversely, we will no longer ask for approval regarding a reclamation, which we will therefore only process if there is an unforeseen manufacturing defect.  <\/p>\n\n<p>This prevents miscommunication and keeps the process fair and consistent for everyone.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>3. Criteria for reclamation<\/strong><br\/>Returns and reclamations are only accepted in the event of an unforeseen manufacturing defect.
