Brussels on the move

Dear exhibitor,

Have you visited TICA Brussels recently? Then you’ve probably noticed: the first phase of our transformation is well underway. With a colourful new Kids Corner and a refreshed Atrium, we’re making the buying experience even more appealing. And it shows—positive feedback is pouring in.

Smarter routing, clearer focus
Soon, TICA Brussels will introduce a new visitor flow. This will help visitors navigate the location more intuitively. The aisle name signs will be removed, creating a calmer and more open atmosphere. Naturally, your own signage remains in place, just as you’re used to.

Focus on the French-speaking market
We’re increasing our focus on (potential) French-speaking members, with targeted paid social campaigns, in-store content and website updates. This creates more recognition and ease for visitors.

Behind the scenes
We’re working backstage too. The music and announcement system is being upgraded to enhance the ambiance. The ‘staff only’ space is now clean and reserved for return items only, not for general storage. Don’t forget to take your stock back or keep it at your stand.

Gone = gone
Items without a clear owner will stay in the rack for four weeks. After that, they’ll be removed. One more thing: heading to Venlo with an empty truck? Bring back 2 or 3 bags of styrofoam. It’s the sustainable thing to do.

Got an idea or heard something from a member we should act on? Let us know—we’re happy to think along.
