Access TICA Brussels via your smartphone

Attention exhibitors in Brussels,

Starting 24 June 2025, access to Trademart will go through the MyTrademart app. The physical access card will no longer be used. You’ll enter the building and parking area using a personal QR code in the app.

What do you need to do?

Step 1. Download the MyTrademart app

Available in the App Store (Apple) and Google Play Store (Android).

Step 2. Log in with your existing account

• Tap “I’m already a Trademart customer”.
• Enter your mobile number – this will be your login from 24 June.
• Your QR code will automatically appear in the app and is valid from 24 June for both the building and parking. The QR code refreshes daily and is shown on the app’s home screen.

Parking at Trademart

As an exhibitor, you can park at Trademart free of charge.

• Open the MyTrademart app and scan your QR code at the barrier.
• The barrier will open automatically.
