From Wildcard to TICA Location Pass

What you need to know as an exhibitor

The Wildcard process for TICA members is getting an upgrade. The temporary Wildcard – which we used last year to successfully activate new locations like TICA Ede and TICA Brussels – is being replaced by a more sustainable solution: the TICA Location Pass.
This change supports our professional image and offers a clear, future-proof structure for everyone involved.

Why did we use the Wildcard again?

During the launch of Ede and Brussels, we offered new members easy access with a Wildcard. It allowed them to explore TICA without obligations – resulting in more traffic, stronger brand awareness and great conversion to paid memberships.

What’s changing?

  • The term ‘Wildcard’ will disappear and be replaced by the TICA Location Pass – clear and recognizable:
TICA Ede Location Pass, TICA Brussels Location Pass, TICA Concept Store Location Pass, etc.
  • Current Wildcard holders will be automatically converted and informed by email.
  • A Location Pass is valid for 12 months (instead of 6) and provides free, unlimited access to one selected location.
  • Each pass allows entry for two registered buyers.
  • Changing location with the pass is not possible.
  • Customers who want access to all five locations (Aalsmeer, Venlo, Ede, Brussels and CS Venlo) can choose a regular €149.50 yearly membership.

What’s in it for you?

For members:

  • Free introduction to one location.
  • 12 months of unlimited access – no fees, just inspiration.
  • A chance to experience the brands, vibe and service of TICA.
  • Easy entry point with growth potential toward full membership.

For you as an exhibitor:

  • More traffic from interested, serious buyers.
  • Targeted visitors per location who are ready to shop.
  • Higher conversion to full memberships = traffic to all locations.
  • Extra visibility and long-term customer relationships.

In short: the TICA Location Pass is the smart entry option for new members.
More visitors, more experience, more sales.
