Online Order Request Form for TICA Members
Good news! A new order request form has recently been introduced on the website, making it even easier for TICA members to reorder items. Previously, this could only be done by contacting TICA via phone or email.
With the launch of this form, TICA can now better facilitate this service by offering a more efficient and user-friendly solution. It makes it clearer for TICA members to see what ordering options are available and easier to place order requests, speeding up and streamlining the process.
Availability in Multiple Languages
Currently, the form is only available in Dutch, but work is actively underway on a German version, followed by translations into other languages.

If a TICA member has questions about reordering items, they can be directly referred to the form at: https://tica.nl/order-aanvraagformulier/
The order request form can also be found in the top black bar on the TICA website.
Positive First Results
Although the form has only been online for a few days and no active communication has been sent to members yet, more than 10 requests have already been received. This shows there is demand for this service.
A communication strategy is currently being developed to bring the form to the attention of members and to further increase the number of requests.
