Important Update TICA Brussels: Systems, Renovation, and Training

Dear Exhibitor,

As you know, Home & Living &Go at the Trademart has officially been part of the TICA family since this year. We are working hard to transform this location into a true TICA experience: a place with a distinctive offering, inspiring brands, and a fresh, updated appearance. What’s on the agenda? Read the key updates.

IMPLEMENTING SYSTEMS

We are at the beginning of the transition to our own TICA systems, which aim to make your work simpler, more efficient, and more organized. We expect the TICA systems to go live by the end of January 2025. Specifically, this means:

  • Beeyond as a PIM System

With Beeyond as a Product Information Management (PIM) system, you will soon be able to easily manage your product information. In January, we will be organizing training sessions to guide you step-by-step in using this system.

  • RetailVista as a New POS System

We are also introducing RetailVista as a point-of-sale system. This user-friendly platform ensures smoother transactions and gives you better insight into your sales data.

What to Expect?

Training in January
If you are not yet familiar with Beeyond, you will soon receive an invitation for a training session on Beeyond. The training will take place on various dates in January at TICA Brussels and will last approximately 1 hour. This session will ensure you are well prepared for the transition to our systems if you are not yet familiar with them.

Simplicity and Efficiency
Both systems are designed to simplify your daily tasks so you can spend more time focusing on your customers and offerings.

What Should You Do Now?

For now, you don’t need to do anything! Keep an eye on your inbox; we will soon send you all the details about the training sessions and implementation.

RENOVATION

In January, we will start building an ‘atrium’ similar to the ones you may know from TICA Aalsmeer and Venlo. (If you don’t know this yet, here’s a small preview: Always discover something new in the Atrium | TICA).

Additionally, the reception on the C-level will be renovated, and we will create a nice coffee corner. We will add recognizable TICA elements that, together with your distinctive and innovative offerings, will create a wonderful buying experience.

TICA MEMBERS

With the implementation of our own CRM, PIM, and POS system, we will centralize all data from TICA Brussels members and link it to their activities at various TICA locations. This will make it easier to understand and respond to the needs of members at TICA Brussels.
