Requesting Friends & Family tickets
Dear exhibitors and booth staff of our exhibitors,
This week, the exhibitor owner will receive an email from our Sales department with the opportunity to invite contacts for a visit to TICA Aalsmeer, TICA Ede, or TICA Venlo. This means that all booth staff holding a valid exhibitor pass can request tickets. Below is all the information summarized.
Requesting Family & Friends tickets
Twice a year (in spring in March/April and in autumn in October/November), you will have the opportunity to invite family or friends to shop using our Family & Friends tickets – the name says it all. It is not permitted to come shopping independently during this time; these days have been established for that purpose.
Each booth staff member in possession of a valid exhibitor pass has the opportunity to request 4 tickets. You do not need a ticket for yourself if you are accompanying your guests. In this case, please bring your exhibitor pass; that will be sufficient. You can request the tickets by sending an email with your name and the name of the exhibitor you work for to:

The rules:
- The tickets must be shown to our reception staff upon entry.
- The tickets are now equipped with a barcode that must be scanned and submitted to the cashiers.
Collecting Family & Friends tickets
After your request, it will take approximately a week for the tickets to be ready at the departments listed below:
- Aalsmeer: the Expedition
- Ede: the reception
- Venlo: the reception
